Profile:

• Qualification: University degree in a relevant field (Economics, Business Admin- istration or Social Sciences, IT, Engineering or other “STEM” studies) 
• Language : Excellent skills of written and spoken English (C1)
• General professional experience: 12 years of professional experience in a position in business development, in digital/technological innovation, or a related background
• Specific professional experience: 5 years of professional experience in a position related to organisation of awareness campaigns and organisation of events such as con- ferences, trainings/webinars, match-making or similar events. Proven experience related to specific digitalization and/or innovation topics, e.g. ERP, CRM data management, big data & analytics, e-Commerce, web shops, digital marketing, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, 3D visualization/printing, digital tool creation, IOT, product and service digi- talization, tailor-made software solutions, etc. 
• Leadership/management experience: 3 years of professional experience manag- ing development cooperation and/or international projects and/or innovation project teams 
• Regional experience: Working experience in BiH, Western Balkan, Southeast Europe or Eastern Partnership countries 
• Development cooperation experience: Experience in development cooperation is considered an asset 
• Other: Experience related to Digital Innovation Hubs (science & technology park, research & technology organisation, research & development department, digital transfor- mation unit, etc.) considered an asset.

Proven experience related to basic and/or innovation topic digitali- zation with focus on e-Commerce, but also topics such as ERP, CRM, data management, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, digital marketing, product and service digitalization, tai- lor-made software solutions, etc. Proven speaker experience 
• Regional experience: 2 years of Working experience in BiH, Western Balkan, Southeast Europe and/or Eastern Partnership countries
