• Specific professional experience: 6 years of professional experience in the field of advisory services for circular production and/or business models and 2 years of policy advisory in the field of green industrial policy 
• Leadership/management experience: 3 international DC projects in the last 10 years as project team leader or manager in a company of six months each
• Regional experience: 1 year of experience in projects in the MENA region and 2 years of experience in projects in Asia 
• Development cooperation (DC) experience: 5 years of experience in DC projects
• Other: 1 project involving development of business cases in green/circular industrial development and 1 project involving policy advisory to public institutions (e. g. ministries, downstream authorities) 

Key Expert 2: Policy Expert on Green Economy/Deputy Team Lead 

• Education/training: University degree (diploma/masters) in political science, public administration, economics, or environmental management
• Languages: Knowledge of Arabic C2 and English C1 in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
• General professional experience: 12 years of professional experience in the field of green economy and public policy
• Specific professional experience: 6 years of professional experience in policy analysis and development and 2 years of policy advisory to governmental institutions in Jordan
• Leadership/management experience: 5 years of leadership experience in public, private or international organisations
• Development cooperation (DC) experience: 4 years of experience in DC projects

Key Expert 3: Private Sector Development Expert on Circularity 

• Education/training: University degree (diploma/master's) in Economics, Business Administration, Textile Management or Textile Engineering 
• Languages: Knowledge of English C2 in Common European Framework of Reference for Languages 
• General professional experience: 10 years of experience in the international garment and textiles industry
• Specific professional experience: 5 years of experience of working on raw materials sourcing and/or textile technologies within the international garment sector linked to sustainable materials and circularity
• Leadership/management experience: 2 years of leadership experience in public, private or international organisations
• Regional experience: 2 years of experience in projects in the MENA region
• Development cooperation (DC) experience: 2 years of experience in DC projects

Key Expert 4: Private Sector Development Expert with national experience

• Education/training: University qualification (diploma/master's) economics,  business administration or environmental engineering
• Languages: Knowledge of Arabic C2 and English C1 the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
• General professional experience: 7 years of professional experience in the field of sustainable industrial production
• Specific professional experience: 5 years of experience working with industrial enterprises on implementing circular economy business models, environmental standards or resource efficiency measures
• Leadership/management  experience: 1 year of leadership experience in public, private or international organisations
• Development Cooperation  (DC)  experience: 2 years of experience in DC projects

Expert : Expert on Sustainability and Finance with international experience

• Education/training: University qualification (diploma/ master's) in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or Sustainability Management.
• Languages: Knowledge of English C2 in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
• General professional experience: 7 years of professional experience in the field of green finance and 3 years of experiences in the development of business cases
• Specific professional experience: 5 years working on the International Finance Corporation Performance Standards on Environmental and Social Sustainability risk management practices (or an equivalent international benchmark) for private-sector companies Development Finance Institution (DFI) support
• Regional experience: 2 years of regional experience in the MENA region
• Development Cooperation  (DC)  experience: 3 years of experience in DC projects, including those focused on environmental and social sustainability

Short-term Expert Pool 1 - Experts with national experience 

• Education/training: University degree (diploma/master's) in economics, public policy, political science, environmental science or engineering 
• Languages: Knowledge of English C1 and of Arabic C2 in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
• General professional experience: 4 years of professional experience in environmental or industrial policymaking/policy advisory to government
• Specific professional experience: 2 years of specific professional experience in policy advisory on green industry, resource efficiency & cleaner production (RECP), circularity, carbon and water footprint or green certification
