The UNBROKEN National Rehabilitation Centre in Lviv was created in 2022 to provide physical and mental rehabilitation of the war-affected Ukrainians. This is a unique place where adults and children receive professional and qualified medical care and assistance.

The goal of this project phase is to invest in modern and high-quality equipment to provide the best services for Ukrainian children in rehabilitation.

The Ukrainian Foundation unbroken (https://unbroken.org.ua/) supports the rehabilitation and recovery of children from war traumas, including amputations, shrapnel wounds, mine-blast injuries, burns, loss of movement of upper and lower limbs, and recovery of children with neurotrauma is much longer and more difficult than the adult one. After the renovation of the children's rehabilitation department UNBROKEN KIDS:

• 20 beds will be created on the basis of children's rehabilitation.
• services and opportunities for rehabilitation will be increased due to the arrangement of a special ergotherapy kitchen, swimming pool and spacious physical therapy rooms

• it will be able to conduct both group and individual sessions with the youngest patients.
• all types of rehabilitation will be provided in one place (psychological, social (a speech therapist and a psychologist work together with rehabilitation specialists).
• the number of patients receiving assistance will increase from 500 to 1,200 people, compared to 2022
