PEM CONSULT was contracted by GIZ International Services with the preparation and implementation of a study visit of a high-ranked delegation of government officials from Karnataka / India to vocational education institutions in Europe.

The objective was to visit training institutions, whereto the state Karnataka can later send trainers for training and enter into some kind of exchange programmes. The technical fields included Welding, Electronics, CNC Manufacturing, Electrical Maintenance, Environment Engineering (ETP, WTP ISO 14000), Building and Civil Construction, Automation and Instrumentation, Refrigeration and Air-conditioning.
