PEM CONSULT provided international short-term experts for seminars and workshops in the fields of:

• Marketing;
• Bank-oriented evaluation of technical and economic feasibility of credit applications;
• Quality Management;
• Sales promotion;
• Presentation skills.

These seminars were supplemented by operational and institutional advisory services in selected companies. The aims of the project were to:

• Improve SME positioning in national and international competition;
• Qualify trainers and teachers as mediators;
• Train counterpart and programme staff.  The seminars and training courses were carried out in Petropavlosk, Uralsk, Taraz, Kizilorda, Kostanay and also in Almaty.
