This study will assist the Facility Managers of each Municipality/Education Resource Centers (ERCs), as well as the Educational and Scientific Infrastructure Development Agency (ESIDA) and Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport (MoESCS) to understand the physical condition of their building portfolios in order to set priorities, explore funding priority to sustain the physical integrity of the assets and provide safe study environment.
The condition assessment reports (for each school, municipality, region and whole country) form crucial and essential documents for development of Education Facilities Strategy (long term document) and Educational Facilities Annual Plan.
The purpose of the assignment is to identify problems and determine most viable and efficient solutions per explored infrastructure component in public schools of Western Georgia.
