The project contributed to the improvement of vocational education and training in Bosnia and Herzegovina in accordance with the Copenhagen Declaration. This was realised through:

• Strengthening vertical and horizontal mobility in the educational system and in the European education area through the further development of the national qualifications framework;
• Institution building and HRD of the VET Department of the Agency for pre-school, primary and secondary education and its adequate positioning in the educational system;
• Full implementation and harmonisation of the reform processes in the fields of curricula and training programmes, pedagogical standards and norms.
