The overall objective of this project was to increase the competitiveness of Croatian SMEs by the provision of high quality business support services.

The purpose was to improve quality and availability of business support services to SMEs by developing the professional expertise and enhancing capacities of business service providers and local business support institutions, and also by preparing them for future structural funds.

The project consisted of the following specific components:

Component 1 - Strengthening the quality of service of business service professionals.
Component 2 - Strenghtening the capacities of business support institutions.
