The overall objective of the project was to assist the municipalities in Vukovar-Srijem County to enhance their business development and ensure a sound management of EC financed business zone infrastructure.
The project consisted of the following activities:
- New Model Approach for Business (Zone) Development and Management in Vukovar-Srijem County: awareness raising, a ‘New Approach’ to business development support; definition of business incubator delivery strategy; ICCI business development services; preparation of the ICCI Business (Zones) Development Management Plan; activity reporting; identification of skill gaps and training needs;
- County-wide strategic framework for business development: situation review; profiling of 4 priority business zones; scaling-up; preparing the County-wide Business Zones Strategy.
