The project developed the capacities of the BDE as research institution and main service provider for stakeholders and decision makers in the VET sector.
Main activities were:
- Training needs analysis for 9 staff members of the BDE;
- Training design;
- Training implementation incl. case studies and development of research projects;
- Reporting and recommendations for future capacity building;
- Required areas of expertise: organizational and capacity development, research and development, statistics and data analysis, coaching and training.
