The project aimed at building the capacities of the VET Centre to become a major player in the educational strategy and policy development sector in the country.
Main activities were:
- Gap analysis in the organization (strategy and operations, organization, finance, personnel, networking and marketing/communication);
- Recommendations and an action plan for improving the operations;
- Implementation of a capacity development plan in the VET Centre;
- Required areas of expertise: VET, organisational and capacity development, strategy consulting, coaching and training.
