A sector study for the electrical industry in Morocco was elaborated aiming to make use of industrial synergies and the existing potential of the sector.
Following a diagnosis on the current competitiveness of the Moroccan electrical industry, a strategy and a plan of action were developed for the MCI and the FENELEC (Fédération Nationale de l’Electricité et de l’Electronique).
